Summer, We made it. One of the best ways to unwind from the busy nyc grind is nyc's free outdoor summer movie series, screening your favorite flicks at nyc's most iconic locations, absolutely free. Hit up these scenic spots and enjoy your favorite motion pictures with a summer skyline backdrop.

HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival

Pack your blanket and check out a flick in one of Bixby’s favorite parks! Bring a picnic basket or munch on a diverse selection of food carts by Hester Street Fair. Aim to get there early -- they'll be showing classic Warner Brothers cartoons to open each night.

Pro tip: plan your arrival strategy in advance if you want a prime spot on the lawn. These NYC moviegoers are not playing games.
